We are seeking a highly organised and experienced
Hardware Product Coordinator
to support the delivery of cutting-edge hardware products within a complex engineering and manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will play a critical role in coordinating build events, managing hardware data, and ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams
We work in a fast-paced, demanding, challenging as well as time sensitive environment; we're diverse, global, resilient, adaptable and agile, therefore the ability to solve problems is critical.
This position also offers Flexible working options and a 9 Day Fortnight.
The opportunity
Key responsibilities:
Manage Engineering Bills of Materials (BOM), including data collection, part changes, and audit preparation.
Process hardware data through to purchase requisitions and secure purchasing approvals.
Collaborate with Hardware Engineers and Procurement to ensure parts and equipment information is complete and on track.
Oversee inventory management and preparation for internal and external build events.
Create and compile manufacturing data to complement engineering documentation.
Maintain configuration control of hardware from design through deployment.
Track and manage configuration changes across training rooms and deployed systems.
Support technicians in executing upgrades and baseline changes in line with schedules.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and legislative requirements.
About you
Extensive experience in a similar coordination, manufacturing or engineering support role
Strong background in a production or engineering environment
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical data
Proven experience with procurement and inventory management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
Skilled in managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Manufacturing qualifications
Experience supporting Defence or complex engineering programs
NV1 Defence Clearance.
