**The Role**:
As an integral member of the leadership team, the Business Operations Manager is accountable for effective and efficient business operations including administration and resource management across the St Louis Group. A key requirement of this role is to identify and improve efficiencies in current business operations, in conjunction with the Business Reform and Development Manager, to support the growth of St Louis Group.

**About You**:
As an experienced Business Operations Manager you will have extensive experience in leading business operations, human resources and administration support in an aged care, home care or disability environment. You will be a driven self-starter with proven success in a similar role, with a demonstrated high level of integrity, empathy and emotional intelligence. You will possess strong planning and communication skills, with the ability to manage workloads and achieve outcomes in an environment of competing priorities, as well as a demonstrated commitment to person centred care and continuous improvement. With a background in aged, home care or disability care you will have a working knowledge of relevant legislation and awards e.g. Aged Care, SCHADS and Nurses Award.

Selection of staff is based on qualifications, competence and character.
- Tertiary qualifications in business administration or extensive relevant experience
- Previous experience in HR Management highly regarded
- Influenza and Covid-19 Vaccinations/Booster
- Current National Police Clearance for Aged Care
- Experience in the Aged Care, Home Care or Disability sector is essential
- Current Drivers license, comprehensive insurance and motor vehicle registration
- Sound understanding of consumer directed care and dignity of risk principles
- A strong command of English including excellent written and verbal skills.
- A collaborative approach and an ability to work as part of a team
