Job Title: Business Operations Manager

The Business Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization. This role involves managing client relations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and overseeing staff training and morale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management:
    • Onboard new clients and conduct meet-and-greet sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
    • Communicate regularly with clients, addressing their feedback and concerns promptly to maintain strong relationships.
    • Prioritize client satisfaction by striving to improve client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Staff Management:
    • Train, manage, and support staff to ensure high performance and morale by providing constructive feedback and coaching opportunities.
    • Address staff concerns and feedback constructively to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Operational Support:
    • Collaborate with other staff members to address operational challenges and improve processes by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
    • Ensure the organization adheres to all relevant policies and procedures, including NDIS registration regulations, by staying updated on relevant laws and guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A background in allied health or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, management, and leadership principles.
  • Proven experience in client management, staff training, and operational support.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
