Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this administrative role will possess extensive experience in managing the day-to-day functions of a business. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Invoicing and accounts payable & receivable
  • Payroll management for a team of staff members
  • BAS preparation with an external accountant
  • Scheduling jobs and entering dockets and job information
  • Quotes and pricing, as well as general administration duties

The successful candidate will have strong skills in MYOB, MS Office (Intermediate), and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • All day-to-day operations of running a business
  • Managing administration and accounting tasks
  • Leading a team of staff members

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a similar position
  • Can-do attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills
