We are seeking a full-time HR Administration Officer to work with us at Tenterfield Care Centre
Are you a dynamic and organised professional ready to thrive in a fast-paced aged care environment? We are seeking an HR Administration Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our workforce. What you will do
The HR Administration Officer is responsible for a range of general admin duties, such as:
Recruitment activities via Seek and other avenues
Liaising with prospective applicants
Arranging interviews
Completing pre-employment checks
Employee file and records management
Employee performance appraisal schedule monitoring
Liaison with the Human Resource Management Team
Assisting with the rostering team
What you will bring
Leverage your previous experience in administration/HR with at least 2 years in a similar position
Proficiency in rostering software such as Humanforce or similar, plus strong MS Office skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration with team members and stakeholders
Positive, can-do attitude to contribute to our vibrant team culture
NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Experience in Rostering is DESIRABLE
