**About the role**

We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Forecast Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing the Member Services contact centre with Demand and Performance forecasting, Information Reporting, and Data/Analytical and Financial Insights.

The role will develop and maintain forecasting models, provide impact analysis to key stakeholders, and ensure mitigation strategies are in place to enable delivery of SLAs within the Member Services contact centre.

Day to day, you'll:

- Manage and develop forecasts for all of Member Services contact centre.
- Review and maintain historical data feeds into the workforce management system. Investigate and make recommendations to the business on effective and efficient reporting methods.
- Develop and maintain effective short-, medium
- and long-term forecast models across all multi-channels.
- Provide workforce management impact analysis to key stakeholders including Member Services Leadership team (MSLT), project teams and transition managers.
- Analyse performance and staffing information in various forums and meetings.
- Prepare end of month reporting with Workforce Optimisation (WFO) data and analytical insights.
- Support the adoption of workforce management methodologies and best practice by promoting the use of the enabling tools.

**This role is a 6-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.**

- Significant experience in workforce planning and management methodologies in a contact centre environment.
- An in-depth knowledge and understanding of workforce management principles and practices.
- Experience in forecasting in a contact centre environment across multi channels.
- Strong analytical capability, specifically the ability to provide sound advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders, project and transition teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform data into meaningful reports.
