Workforce Forecasting Analyst Role

A key opportunity exists for a professional to join our team as a Workforce Forecasting Analyst. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping and delivering forecasts, capacity planning, and optimizing contact center performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce forecasting, with an in-depth understanding of contact center metrics, performance drivers, and technologies.

Key responsibilities include developing and refining forecasts, creating long-term models for recruitment and training planning, building reports to analyze volumes and trends, monitoring and advising on contact center performance, and planning and strategizing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual initiatives.

Strong communication, relationship, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with knowledge of contact center technologies, HR policies, procedures, OHS guidelines, awards, industrial relations provisions, and site agreements.
