**About this role**:
A Melbourne based architecture and design studio are looking for a pro-active and collaborative team member across submissions and communications. The main purpose of the role is to deliver high-standard, successful bids from opportunity through to award, delivering on the broader business development and marketing strategy. This practice is well known for looking after the wellbeing of their staff and support an open-minded culture where in new perspectives are embraced.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the submissions process including the written content aligned with the brand
- Coordinate all communication tasks, while ensuring consistency of the brand identity
- Assisting in the production of marketing collateral, print and digital media for internal and external communications
- Work with management to develop key bid messages and submit award entries
- Track performance of submissions
- Undertake formal and informal research into target sectors
- Develop and/or maintain media, client and other contact databases
- Work with support staff to update and maintain the content of website and journal
- Managing social media and external publications

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in submissions writing, with an understanding of the architectural industry
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A passion for writing
- Strong project management skills to be disciplined, organised and task focused
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Adobe InDesign skills essential
- Problem solving capabilities
- Independent thinker
