**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage pitches, award submissions, capability material, presentations, social media, digital channels, comms, media and events
- Produce high-quality and thoughtful bid submissions
- Seek out tender and new business opportunities
- Devise and implement marketing strategies and external communications

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design
- Minimum of 3+ years in a communications, marketing or submissions role
- Experience within the architecture or construction industry preferred (in a similar role or in a project-related capacity)
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly In Design, Illustrator & Photoshop)
- Ability to write thoughtfully and creatively to clearly convey value proposition
- Excellent interpersonal skills and competency in building rapport
- Proactive approach with strong time management skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Interest in a long term career in submission/ proposals/ bid management in the design industry
