**About the business**
Our client is a growing trades and building company that manages both residential and commercial projects. They are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to become an integral part of their finance team.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Accounts payable/receivable;
- Full function payroll for 20+ employees
- Bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Expense checking and reimbursement
- General ledger maintenance and reconciliations
- Trades and supplier liaison where required

**The person**

To be considered for this role, you will also:

- Have 2+ years accounting experience
- Hold a bookkeeping qualification
- Strong attention to detail
- Have a good work ethic
- Effective and well-developed communication skills
- Experience with Xero or other accounting software
- Ability to help establish systems and procedures
- Possess full Australian working rights
