Senior Bookkeeper

We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to join our team in the Bella Vista area of Sydney. As a go-remote-staff, we provide high-quality services to our clients with excellence and integrity.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business administration and a minimum of 3 years' experience in bookkeeping/accounting. They must possess excellent knowledge of general accounting principles and be proficient in Australian taxation.
- Manage accounts and handle day-to-day transactions for weekly reports.
- Oversee HR payroll tasks such as salaries/wages, superannuation, taxation, and more.
- Process accounts receivable and payable, checks, and ledgers.
The successful applicant will work closely with an accountant when necessary and have experience with accounting software such as XERO, MYOB, or QuickBooks. They must also have attention to detail and accuracy of work.
Able to prepare, review, and understand financial statements is a must. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required for this position.
