Are you an experienced Bookkeeping Manager looking for a fun and challenging role in an accounting firm? Do you have a passion for numbers, accounting, and client service? If yes, then we want to hear from you

Our client is an accounting firm in Brisbane who are looking for a Bookkeeping Manager who can build, manage, and lead our new bookkeeping team. As the Bookkeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all bookkeeping processes and procedures are completed accurately and on time..

You will work closely with our clients to provide them with exceptional service and ensure that their bookkeeping needs are met.

**Responsibilities**
- Hire, manage, and lead a team of bookkeepers
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of bookkeeping processes and procedures
- Work closely with clients to provide them with exceptional service and ensure that their bookkeeping needs are met
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Train and mentor junior bookkeepers
- Prepare financial statements and reports as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeping Manager
- Excellent knowledge of Xero software
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
