Co-Working Site Coordinator

We're looking for a new member to join our team at our CLIK Moorabbin site to get immersed in the world of small business and business founders who operate out of our sites.This is the perfect role for someone who's hands-on and wanting to move out of a hospitality or back of house role into a different environment.We'll talk about the role a little down below and what your day-to-day would look like.Why work with CLIK?
Within the role, you'll work within a small and diverse team helping the wider community with their day-to-day operations onsite and making sure that they can deliver to their customers and clients smoothly and efficiently.
You'll be working directly with community members as the front line for enquiries and also getting hands-on with the management of our facilities alongside the site manager and other coordinators.You will have variation throughout your day, with routine tasks around opening, closing, inbound and outbound freight schedules.
You'll have opportunities to problem-solve and get hands-on with tasks onsite.
There is a large degree of autonomy within this role compared to other entry-level roles, as well as opportunities for training, development, and advancement.We're situated within the Morris Moor complex with great amenities onsite and nearby, including food & beverage options and fitness facilities across the road.

An outgoing personality and keen interest in small business are essential.Role and ResponsibilitiesAs the Site Coordinator, you'll drive member engagement, deliver excellent customer service, and support daily operations across our Moorabbin and Vermont locations, playing a key role in supporting SME businesses and our community members.Facility ManagementOpening & closing duties with the CLIK TeamMaintain safe and clean presentation of reception, common areas, meeting rooms, hallways, and loading areasAttend reception during business hoursReturn common area facilities and equipment to proper storage at day's endCoordinate with suppliers for services such as cleaning, waste management, internet, and printingResolve ad-hoc issues as they ariseManage loading cages for Australia Post pickups and drop-offsEvents, Member, and Stakeholder EngagementServe as the primary contact for membersRespond to member requests dailySupport internal communications via Mailchimp & SlackAssist with community events and workshopsCollaborate with sales to engage prospective new membersAdministrationConduct member onboarding and inductionsMaintain organized physical and digital paperwork/filesOtherContribute to a positive team cultureAssist Community & Operations managers with daily requestsSupport the Director with ad hoc requestsHelp resolve member issues with CLIK team supportThanks for taking the time to read this
