Job Title: Senior Dynamics 365 Solutions ArchitectWe are seeking an experienced senior professional to lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions for a prominent education services client in Australia.The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, custom development, and integration across modules, with a strong understanding of the unique operational and regulatory requirements of the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in discovery workshops with customers to provide technical feasibility and thought leadership on different requirements
Create solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per project requirements
Deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module including configurations and customizations, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty
Create plugins, workflows, and work with Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault, etc.
Lead the activities for development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances
Work with solution architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules
Create data migration plans and lead the data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using required tools
Requirements
Essential:
Good knowledge of technology landscape to guide teams
Tertiary qualification in IT or computer science-related discipline
Preferred:
At least 8 years of experience as a developer, technical lead, or solution designer on D365 CRM platform
Working experience in agile and waterfall methodologies
Additional:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
