Technical Expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical expert to lead the development and deployment of innovative Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, custom development, and integration across modules, with a strong understanding of the unique operational and regulatory requirements of the education sector.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create Solution Design for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per project requirements.
- Deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module including configurations and customizations, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
- Create plugins, workflows, and work with Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Key Vault.
- Leading the activities for development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances.
- Work with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
- Create Data Migration Plan and lead the data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using required tools.
- Essential Skills:
- Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science-related discipline.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience of at least 8 years as Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Designer on D365 CRM platform.
- Working experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent customer-facing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
