Job Title: Senior Dynamics 365 Solutions ArchitectWe are seeking an experienced senior professional to lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions for a prominent education services client in Australia.The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, custom development, and integration across modules, with a strong understanding of the unique operational and regulatory requirements of the education sector.Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in discovery workshops with customers to provide technical feasibility and thought leadership on different requirements
  • Create solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per project requirements
  • Deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module including configurations and customizations, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty
  • Create plugins, workflows, and work with Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault, etc.
  • Lead the activities for development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances
  • Work with solution architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules
  • Create data migration plans and lead the data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using required tools
Requirements

Essential:

  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to guide teams
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or computer science-related discipline

Preferred:

  • At least 8 years of experience as a developer, technical lead, or solution designer on D365 CRM platform
  • Working experience in agile and waterfall methodologies
