Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of finance and finance-oriented investment activities to ensure the efficient running of the Secretariat office of the Fund.

As a member of a small team, you will partner with colleagues, particularly in the Investments team, across the Fund to achieve sustainable outcomes that best service for members.

You will be joining a Fund focused on growth and retention and achieving the best retirement outcomes for members reflective of our culture of working together with integrity and a service focus.

**Specific responsibilities include**:

- Undertake reconciliations of unit prices on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.
- Co-ordinate invoicing including correct GL coding, unallocated items in the ANZ bank account, review and assist with credit card management/reporting and reconciliation.
- Distribute cab charges as required and reconcile monthly reports, monitor the custodian bank account and related processes.
- Contribute to the year-end external audit.
- Assist with RG 97 fees and cost data collection from fund managers, reconciliation and fees calculation by products.
- Assist with the analysis of monthly budget reports, prepare the reforecast and annual budgets under the supervision of the Senior Finance Manager. - Monitor and report on the liquidity of the Trustee and investment portfolios.
- Co-ordinate together with the Senior Investment Manager, the funding of investment mandates and general investment liquidity requirements.
- Check investment management fee invoices are consistent with the terms contained in Investment Management Agreements and arrange payment.
- Manage daily cash forecasts.

**You will have**:

- Degree or diploma in accounting, business or other relevant discipline is required.
- CPA is desirable
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office computer skills especially with Excel
- Ability to manage time and priorities.
- Customer service focus with a professional, friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- Team player - able to effectively liaise with Fund staff and various external parties.
