The Non-Standard Service Request (NSSR) Specialist is responsible for assisting the NSSR manager in the successful completion of NSSR and supporting the Switchboard team as a switchboard operator, covering leave.

**Your day to day will consist of...**
- Responding to client requests with plans for delivery of NSSR.
- Coordinate equipment and resources to deliver NSSR within contracted SLA.
- Manage resources to achieve planned margins.
- Ensure NSSR delivery fulfils agreed scope to required quality.
- Prepare client status reporting and attend client meetings.

**What makes you perfect for the role?**
- Experience in client service and administration.
- An AGSVA baseline security clearance, or the ability to obtain this level of clearance.
- Previous experience in Project Administration, IT Service Managed and or ICT Infrastructure
- Previous experience operating a switchboard desirable
