Job Description:
The Request Information Analyst will conduct detailed research and analysis to accurately associate participating institutions and identify non-participating institutions. This role requires a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to work independently to meet individual and team targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accurate association of participating institutions.
- Prepare complex request for information packages that meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Collect and validate information from participating institutions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain comprehensive records, including report writing, case notes, and official documents.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Demonstrate self-awareness and ability to adapt to changing circumstances while working collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively in a trauma-informed way and demonstrate empathy and understanding in their interactions with others.
