Customer Care Consultant

Trade Store
team
in
Canning Vale WA

No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a supportive, close-knit team that values growth and development.
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing face-to-face customer service, handling enquiries, sourcing parts, and managing backorder ETAs
Performing warehousing tasks including picking, packing, and stock put-aways
Replenishing stock and conducting regular stock takes
Processing purchases via cash, card, or account
Maintaining showroom displays and rotating stock
Keeping the counter and packing areas clean, organised, and efficient

What You'll Bring:
Experience in customer service within a trade store or retail environment
A customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills
Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
Clear written and verbal communication
A curious, growth-oriented attitude
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent time management and a proactive approach to seeking support when needed
