Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an organised, efficient and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in a permanent full-time role.

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and customers of various solutions
  • Actively identify new business lead opportunities and communicate these to the relevant field sales person
  • Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone conversations and networking
  • Effective management and resolution of all customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Focusing on client retention and protecting existing portfolio by identifying opportunities to re-sign and upgrade existing contracts
  • Create quality sales leads for the field based sales team
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure customer enquiries are resolved in a timely manner
Key Responsibilities:
  • First contact resolution
  • Processing enquiries efficiently and pro-actively resolving client issues

The successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen as well as background checks.
