We're looking for a Customer Care Consultant who is a local Newman resident to join our team
We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a team that values safety, service, and operational excellence – we want to hear from you

What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for our customers – in person and via phone/email
- Provide expert advice on our wide range of industrial products
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing shopfront
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Uphold our safety standards and contribute to a positive team culture
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in customer service (retail or trade preferred)
- Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with an interest in personal development within the company
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
