**Role & Responsibilities**:
As a **Casual Bike Coach**, you will be helping clients achieve their personal fitness and mobility goals by guiding them through safe and enjoyable cycling activities, including using e-bikes. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting clients to learn safe cycling techniques and using e-bikes, empowering them to engage more actively in their local community.
- Encouraging and facilitating participation in outdoor activities to enhance physical fitness and independence.
- Providing guidance in building self-confidence and developing skills for daily life and mobility.
- Promoting a positive and supportive environment, focusing on building trust and rapport with clients.
- Assisting clients who are learning or using sign language to communicate effectively and engage confidently in their community.
- Creating a supportive and inclusive space that adapts to each individual's needs and goals.
- Encouraging an active lifestyle that fosters well-being and personal growth.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A relevant qualification in this or similar field.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
- A valid Australian Driver's License.
- Access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive or third-party property damage insurance.

**Desirable Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a coaching, mentoring, or similar role.
- A passion for outdoor activities, fitness, and promoting an active lifestyle.
- Experience in using e-bikes and cycling coaching.
- Basic knowledge of sign language and communicate using sign language.
- Understanding of how to support clients with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
