An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, results orientated, business savvy leader who wants to continue the momentum and help take the business to the next level to join our team as a **Used Vehicle Sales Manager.**

**How you will make an Impact**:
This role will be responsible for driving the sales of the Used Vehicle department. This is a hands-on sales management role, leading and motivating the sales team in achieving monthly and annual volume and profit targets.

Ideally you will demonstrate a history of success in terms of driving results across various facets of the dealership as well as driving a high performance culture.

The right applicant will have the opportunity to build a long lasting, financially rewarding Sales career at a market leading dealership.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**What we're looking for**:

- Current Yard Manager's Licence
- Current WA Manual Driver's Licence
- Previous management experience in the automotive industry with a successful proven track record in sales
- Outstanding leadership skills with the desire to work in a team environment
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Strong financial management and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
