You will act as the project's electrical subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with site-wide electrical standards, supporting both mechanical and electrical functions, and driving improvements across infrastructure and systems.Key responsibilities include:Lead and inspire a capable site electrical projects teamManage electrical sustaining capital projects end-to-endSupport cross-functional teams in project delivery and commissioningLead stakeholder engagement across technical and operational teamsResolve long-standing site issues through innovative engineering solutionsOwn project budgets and timelines with autonomy and accountabilityMaintain health, safety, and environmental standards across all projectsDemonstrate behaviours aligned with Evolution Mining's valuesAbout youYou will hold a recognised Electrical Engineering degree and a manual driver's licence.
You will bring extensive capital project management experience in a mining environment, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure.
Professional body membership is valued but not essential.
