**Experience required**:
**Essential**
- At least 3 to 4 yrs of relevant experience
- Knowledge of adult learning principals and experience with learning content development;
- Ability and experience in delivery of soft skills/functional training materials
- Strong organisational skills and a pragmatic approach to scheduling
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Solution orientated with proven ability to be flexible and demonstrate innovate thinking in relation to problem solving
- Ability to work as part of a team and share ideas
- Strong business partner able to understand and interpret business needs into learning opportunities
- Experience with a variety of delivery methods for learning and electronic content management

**Desirable**
- Academic qualifications in related discipline (Train the Trainer, Diploma or equivalent)
- Experience or exposure to Talent Management frameworks
