**Key Responsibilities**
- **Achieve Targets**: Drive sales growth and meet campaign goals while maintaining a strong focus on member satisfaction.
- **Provide Expert Advice**: Offer general advice on life insurance products to suit individual needs, including TPD, TI, and IP.
- **Build Relationships**: Foster trust and loyalty with members through a consultative, service-driven approach.
- **Stay Organised**: Efficiently manage your client pipeline, ensuring accurate completion of administrative tasks and data entry.

**What You'll Bring**
- **Industry Knowledge**: A minimum of 2 years' experience in client services roles within the life insurance industry, ideally from a retentions or sales background
- **Sales Skills**: Proven success in achieving sales targets while maintaining a member-first mindset.
- **Exceptional Communication**: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively engage with members and stakeholders.
- **Consultative Approach**: A focus on understanding and addressing member needs to deliver real value.
