SkyCity Adelaide is looking for an Injury Services Coordinator to join the team on a 24-month fixed term contract.
About The Opportunity
As the Injury Services Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the timely and accurate management of administrative tasks associated with workers compensation including claims, certificates, payments, and internal reporting. Your efforts help maintain compliance with our internal systems, audit protocols, and South Australia's self-insurance scheme, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees and team leaders alike.
About You
We're seeking someone with strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills to effectively handle the administrative demands of this role. The ideal candidate will bring experience in administrative functions, preferably within HR, insurance, or workplace safety, and possess a solid understanding of workers compensation processes, highly regarded in our environment. A collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem solving are essential, as this role requires working closely across teams to support injury management and ensure seamless claims processing.
