Key Responsibilities
Provide expert workplace health & safety advice, guidance, and support to leaders and employees.
Facilitate a culture of manager-led safety leadership across the division and support the implementation of safety strategies, management systems, and processes.
Lead and/or facilitate incident investigations using ICAM methodology.
Develop and deliver training, coaching, and capability building activities.
Conduct risk assessments, incident trend analysis, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Monitor and communicate legislative changes and best practice initiatives.
Build effective relationships with clients, regulators, unions, and supply chain partners.
About You
Formal qualifications in Work Health and Safety (Diploma or Degree).
Training in ICAM investigation methodology.
Minimum 4+ years' practical experience in WHS/OHS roles, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or facilities management.
Strong experience in risk assessments, safety management plans, and audits, providing technical advice across diverse portfolios and industries.
Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, producing high-quality reports.
A current driver's license.
