Safety Advisor Role

As a Safety Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's safety culture by providing expert guidance, coaching, and support to employees at all levels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with team members and leaders to foster a proactive, inclusive safety environment
  • Guide and coach others to identify and manage safety risks with confidence and care
  • Analyze safety data to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement
  • Support the development and maintenance of risk assessments and critical control registers
  • Contribute to safety reporting and help drive continuous improvement initiatives
About the Role:
  • A Diploma or Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent experience)
  • A practical understanding of Australian WHS legislation and systems
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across diverse teams
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for mentoring and supporting others
  • Excellent time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about creating a safe work environment.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment medical. A current Australian driver's license is also necessary.
