**Enough about us What you'll do as an Insights Analyst**:
Working within the Data & Analytics team (International Streaming), the Insights Analyst will provide support in preparing weekly and monthly management reporting and analysis. This would include (but not limited to) subscription flow, content analytics, as well as growth/marketing for the local and international streaming leadership teams.

**Functions will also include**:

- Working closely with the Marketing, Sales and Ad teams in performing post campaign and feature analysis of all marketing initiatives
- Working in tandem with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of KPI's relevant to month-end financial reporting and invoicing
- Creating and managing a local entertainment competitor landscape via trackable KPI's
- Pre-emptively identifying and highlighting foreseeable impacts to key performance indicators relating to the Australian streaming business
- Proactively monitoring and liaising with technical teams to raise and resolve any data issues
- Supporting technical teams to optimize data availability and extraction for timely, accurate and robust reporting.

What are we looking for in an Insights Analyst? What's important?
- 2-3 years experience working as an analyst, driving actionable business insights
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal/stakeholder management skills

**Extra points for the following, but not necessarily required**:

- Tableau/Adobe Analytics (or other analytical tool) experience
- Knowledgeable/consumer of TV/entertainment content
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
