We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join the team at Green RV in Mackay, Queensland.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve ambitious targets and drive business growth.
This full-time position is pivotal in ensuring our organisation continues to excel in the competitive recreational vehicle market.
What you'll be doing Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goalsRecruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales teamAnalysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimise sales performanceFostering strong customer relationships and providing exceptional serviceCollaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectivesMonitoring and reporting on sales activity and pipeline to senior managementContinuously seeking ways to improve sales processes and drive operational efficiencies What we're looking for Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the recreational vehicle industryExcellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and coach a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in sales and customer serviceDemonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiativesRelevant tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, or a related field is highly desirable What we offer At Green RV, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
