We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join the team at Green RV in Mackay, Queensland. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve ambitious targets and drive business growth. This full-time position is pivotal in ensuring our organisation continues to excel in the competitive recreational vehicle market.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team
- Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimise sales performance
- Fostering strong customer relationships and providing exceptional service
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives
- Monitoring and reporting on sales activity and pipeline to senior management
- Continuously seeking ways to improve sales processes and drive operational efficiencies
- Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the recreational vehicle industry
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in sales and customer service
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives
- Relevant tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
