Our CSR's are pivotal to our business.
As a Sales and Customer Service Superstar, you will take ownership of an existing list of customers.
We love our customers and want you to love them too
You will be responsible for making deliveries of high-quality products to your customers, whilst also building relationships and making sales.
You thrive on providing superior service and enjoy a varied, fast-paced role.The main focus of this role includes:Out on the road, selling and delivering batteries and accessories to trade/wholesale customersManage an existing set of clients and build genuine relationships with them to encourage repeat businessConsignment and stock rotation of products at customer sitesPick and pack your daily deliveriesBeing a product knowledge superstar - we will teach you everything you need to know

Hours of work: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (40 hours Monday to Friday) with Saturday morning rostered work (paid at overtime rate).
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:Licensed to drive a manual vehicleMR licenced or willing to obtainForklift licenced or willing to obtainPhysically fit & must be able to lift repetitively up to 30kgCustomer service experience with a passion to help our customers and achieve sales goalsDriven to learn new products and processes.High attention to detailGreat presentation is required, as you are the face of the Company (Uniform, safety boots and PPE provided)Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking to all personalitiesGood computer skills and willing to learn internal computer systems.Like to have fun
