We're on the hunt for a Customer Service Representative who's not just great with people—but also thrives on helping customers find the right solutions and boosting our sales performance.

If you have a natural talent in building relationships with your customers, and thrive on providing exceptional customer service, this role is for you

Our CSR's are pivotal to our business. As a Sales and Customer Service Superstar, you will take ownership of an existing list of customers. We love our customers and want you to love them too

You will be responsible for making deliveries of high-quality products to your customers, whilst also building relationships and making sales. You thrive on providing superior service and enjoy a varied, fast-paced role.

The main focus of this role includes:

Out on the road, selling and delivering batteries and accessories to trade/wholesale customers

Manage an existing set of clients and build genuine relationships with them to encourage repeat business

Consignment and stock rotation of products at customer sites

Pick and pack your daily deliveries

Being a product knowledge superstar - we will teach you everything you need to know

Complete sales paperwork. We love attention to detail and so do our customers

Hours of work: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (40 hours Monday to Friday) with Saturday morning rostered work (paid at overtime rate).

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

Licensed to drive a manual vehicle

MR licenced or willing to obtain

Forklift licenced or willing to obtain

Physically fit & must be able to lift repetitively up to 30kg

Customer service experience with a passion to help our customers and achieve sales goals

Driven to learn new products and processes.

High attention to detail

Great presentation is required, as you are the face of the Company (Uniform, safety boots and PPE provided)

Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking to all personalities

Good computer skills and willing to learn internal computer systems.
