Cafe Customer Service Representative

As a dynamic and compassionate individual, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers in our cafe. Your role will involve preparing hot drinks and basic food to a high standard, as well as delivering exceptional customer service.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy work environment, adhering to health regulations and ensuring the well-being of colleagues and customers alike.
We are seeking individuals who share our values and mission, demonstrating personal motivation and commitment to completing work activities effectively. As a team member, you will support a culture of integrity and professionalism, representing the organisation in an honest, ethical, and professional way.
To be successful in this role, you will require experience in similar roles, relevant qualifications such as a Food Handling Certificate, and undergo specific training and induction.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing meals and serving customers
- Providing quality customer service
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy work environment
- Assisting with other tasks as directed by the Food Services Team Leader/Coordinator
