We're looking for an Escalator Technician to join our high performing Service Team in Mascot, NSW.
No two days are the same as you manage the equipment installation of KONE's elevator products, across low-rise housing through to the world's tallest skyscrapers.
What will you be doing?
- Attending breakdowns on Escalators
- Attending to maintenance activities and repairs
- Carrying out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including health, quality and safety standards
- Working to actively maintain customer relationships in the local region
What are we looking for?
- Escalator industry experience preferred but not essential
- Qualified Certificate 111 in Electro Technology
- Experiencing managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholder's expectations
- Motivated and self
- starter who can manage workload and competing priorities
- Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality
- A customer service mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
