Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular maintenance and repair work on lifts and escalators to keep them in top condition.
  • Respond promptly to service calls, providing accurate ETAs and updates to on-site personnel.
  • Follow safety procedures to shut down and address unsafe or malfunctioning equipment.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance escalator performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site and ensure all paperwork is current.
  • Be flexible with overtime and weekend work as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Electrical Trade Qualification: Essential for this role.
  • Current Electrical License: Required for legal and safety compliance.
  • Valid Driver's License: Needed for travel between job sites.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Your ability to interact effectively with clients and team members is crucial.
  • Strong Organizational Abilities: Manage tasks efficiently even under pressure.
  • Commitment to Quality and Safety: Uphold high standards in workmanship and adhere to safety protocols.
