At Greencross Robina Village, we're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to step into a leadership role as Veterinary Director. You'll join a supportive and collaborative team, working in a fully equipped clinic with state-of-the-art technology, including ultrasound, IM3 dental, anaesthetic machines, and more.
If you're an overseas-qualified vet with a recognised (registrable) degree, we also offer
sponsorship and relocation support
to help you settle in.
As part of the role, you'll be offered enrolment in the
Lincoln Institute's Leading Edge for Veterinarians program
— a 12-month, self-paced online course (valued at $9,000), fully funded and CPD-accredited (24 points). The program covers essential non-clinical skills including communication, time management, leadership, resilience, consulting success and more.

What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and inspire a skilled veterinary and nursing team.
Provide exceptional care to patients and build strong relationships with their families.
Perform a mix of consultations and surgeries while maintaining a collaborative and supportive culture.
Take an active role in clinic operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Bring To The Team
A recognised veterinary degree (BVSc or DVM) and eligibility for registration in Australia.
A passion for leadership, collaboration, and delivering high-quality patient care.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
An eagerness to grow, both as a leader and a clinician, within a supportive environment.
