Are you a veterinarian with passion for team leadership and the drive to excel in a director role? We are seeking an experienced veterinary professional to lead our team of passionate veterinary professionals at our purpose-built clinic on the Gold Coast.

This is a unique opportunity for an overseas-qualified vet to relocate and settle in Australia with full sponsorship and relocation support. You'll receive comprehensive leadership development and mentoring to enhance your skills in communication, time management, leadership, resilience, consulting success, and more.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of clinical experience, registration to work in Australia, and previous management experience or a desire to learn and grow into a leadership role. They must be registered to work in Australia and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Besides being a seasoned veterinary professional, we seek someone who is dedicated to supporting their colleagues' growth and success. The ability to communicate effectively, provide constructive feedback, and empower others to excel in their roles is essential for this position. Additionally, you'll need to possess excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals.
