Are you ready to lead, inspire, and take charge? Greencross Upper Coomera has an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Director to guide our passionate, pet-obsessed team to new heights. Located on the stunning Gold Coast, our clinic is fully equipped with the latest technology, including digital x-rays, ultrasound, IM3 dental, an in-house laboratory, and a state-of-the-art portable HD endoscopy/rhinoscopy/bronchoscopy unit.

If you're an overseas-qualified vet with a recognised (registrable) degree, we also offersponsorship and relocation supportto help you settle in.

As part of the role, you'll be offered enrolment in theLincoln Institute's Leading Edge for Veterinarians program— a 12-month, self-paced online course (valued at $9,000), fully funded and CPD-accredited (24 points). The program covers essential non-clinical skills including communication, time management, leadership, resilience, consulting success and more.

What You'll Be Doing Each Day

  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating your veterinary and nursing team
  • Delivering exceptional care to our patients and building lasting relationships with their owners
  • Confidently managing consults, routine surgeries, and all aspects of patient care
  • Using evidence-based diagnostics and treatments to ensure the best outcomes for your patients
  • Taking charge of the clinic when needed and ensuring everything runs smoothly

About You

  • You're a skilled veterinarian with a love for leadership and a passion for inspiring your team
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love a challenge, and are committed to gold-standard care
  • You have a BVSC or DVM degree recognised by the AVBC and are eligible for veterinary registration in Australia
  • You're organised, have exceptional communication skills, and love working with people as much as you do with animals
  • You're confident working solo when needed but also love collaborating with your team
