We have a unique opportunity for an experienced and skilled veterinarian to take on a leadership role within our veterinary team.

As the Director of Veterinary Services, you will be responsible for leading a close-knit team of veterinarians and nurses, providing exceptional care to our patients and building lasting relationships with their owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring the veterinary and nursing team to ensure gold-standard care is delivered at all times.
  • Delivering exceptional patient care, using evidence-based diagnostics and treatments to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Managing consults, routine surgeries, and all aspects of patient care with confidence and expertise.
  • Taking charge of the clinic when needed, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A recognized BVSC or DVM degree and eligibility for veterinary registration in Australia.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a passion for delivering exceptional care and inspiring others to do the same.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with people as much as animals.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
