Core to our spatial teams are our services in terrestrial laser scanning, mobile laser scanning, drone imagery and LiDAR, metrology and hydrography. Our digital teams focus on 3D modelling (BIM), GIS, 3D visualisations, analytics and geospatial advisory.

**The Opportunity**

Being part of the Digital & Spatial (D&S) team here at Veris makes you a leader in 3D data and technology. In the Section Leader role you will be accountable for the delivery of our D&S consulting services across Victoria, focused on innovation, building and mentoring a talented team, growing and managing our valued client base and oversight of the delivery of our diverse portfolio of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage an effective forward pipeline of work and create opportunities to win new work with key clients
- Proactively identify, pursue and deliver D&S opportunities
- Establish and manage the mentoring, training and development of the D&S team across Victoria
- Comply with HSEQ policies and procedures and report on the performance of the HSEQ management system
- Oversee and manage the pricing, timeframes and delivery of D&S projects
- Manage P&L for D&S Section in Victoria
- Support national D&S collaboration to drive an effective D&S strategy at the national level
- Keep abreast of competitors, industry and technology trends

- You have a demonstrated ability to strengthen client relationships for the purposes of identifying and successfully pursuing opportunities
- You have demonstrated experience in a spatial consulting business line and project delivery
- You are a collaborative team player who values inclusiveness and diversity
- You have experience in managing, mentoring and growing technical teams
- You have demonstrated successful financial and budget management
- You are active in seeking out future digital technologies and geospatial solutions
