About Kisumé:
Kisumé has redefined Japanese cuisine as we know. Winning every major Hospitality award, as well as "Hottest Restaurant" by John Lethlean in his yearly Hot 50. With a Top floor dedicated to Private Dining & Events, a Ground floor sushi bar and basement restaurant space, this has been the biggest restaurant opening in Melbourne in the last decade.

About the Opportunities:
We are looking for Experienced Section Waitstaff to join our Kisumé team. Work with some of the most talented professionals in the industry.

Experience, Skills and Attributes:

- Experience as Section Waitstaff in a premium venue
- Can confidently handle a section of 6-7 tables
- Ability to carry three plates is advantageous
- Advanced food and wine knowledge is highly regarded
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed and
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must have an RSA certificate
