**About the Roles**

Are you an experienced Trade Waiter or FOH Supervisor? The Boathouse Group are on the look out for trade hospitality professionals with exceptional guest experience and leadership skills across our venues, **Manly Pavilion, The Boathouse North Wollongong, Mona Social**and **Barrenjoey House Palm Beach**. As a leader within our FOH team you will be responsible for delivering world-class guest engagement, excellence in service standards, improved FOH performance and outstanding presentation of the venue.

**About You**

To be the perfect addition to our team, you will have have specialised experience in a premium dining environment and:

- Hold a valid RSA or willingness to obtain;
- Have a confident and can do attitude;
- Be friendly, approachable and genuine;
- Have a passion for hospitality and guest service;
- Be a team player with a collaborative working style.

**About the Process**:
Pay: $76,600.00 per year

**Experience**:

- waitstaff: 1 year (preferred)
