**About the Role**
- Discover and identify customer needs: As a product manager, it's crucial to identify and understand the needs of customers and transform them into the product requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, engineers, quality assurance, and operations teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and implementation plans match expectations.
- Stay up to date with technical trends and assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed of industry developments.
- Provide product training to internal teams and customers.
- Assess and address technical risks to ensure smooth product implementation.
- Drive product success by defining testing criteria and facilitating beta tests, while also analyzing performance indicators and validating hypothesis with database queries.

**About You**
- A minimum of 7 years experience in C#,.NET, Azure, SQL server, and development background
- At least 3-4 years experience in leadership to effectively connect with stakeholders and internal teams, including developers, quality assurance, engineers, and other key partners.
- Expertise in Agile Scrum Development
- Proficient in understanding customer needs and translating them into product requirements
- In-depth knowledge of product development planning, including managing timelines, developing roadmaps, and executing product launches.ull rights to work in Australia
