**A little bit about the role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Vendor and Contracts Specialist**
- Supporting the implementation of executed contracts and managing business as usual activities such as contract management, business inquiries, reporting and transactional activities.
- Onboarding vendors and contracts into operations by coordinating stakeholders to develop processes and embed ways of working to better manage our key vendors.
- Establishing processes and governance to be applied for the use of operational contracts and vendor engagements.
- Facilitating and attending vendor and contract management meetings and periodic reviews
- Monitoring Tier 1 Supplier performance against agreed SLAs and contract deliverables to ensure compliance with the contracts.
- Supporting the purchasing and invoicing processes, to ensure compliance with agreed practices and contractual terms.
- Contributing to procurement projects such as strategic sourcing, efficiency and service improvement projects across the organisation as required.

**What will you bring**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience performing a similar role for a medium to large organisation. Ideally in an ICT procurement and/or vendor management team.
- Sound knowledge of best practice category, strategic sourcing and contracting techniques to ensure good collaboration with the Procurement and Category leads.
- Demonstrates strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills to ensure the clear and concise message is delivered.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to develop and implement solutions using a logical and systematic approach.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Strong commercial skills to drive efficiencies across ICT Operations and the vendor arrangements that support Endeavour Foundation.
