**Handyperson / Maintenance**
- Permanent position
- Day shift hours
- Up to $100k inc car allowance and super based on experience
- Western suburbs

**The Company**
Our client specialises in providing operationally-focused technical building services for facilities which are complex or operationally challenging, including Data Centres, major government complexes, critical healthcare facilities, laboratories and large commercial complexes.

**The Role will include, but not be limited to**:

- Patch up plaster work, painting
- Fix door and window frames
- Hanging brackets, lights
- Working in a team environment interacting with multiple trades
- Communicating and liaising with all walks of clientele
- Working as part of an internal team following a comprehensive work plan around site maintenance.

**To be successful in the role, you will**:

- Have previous experience working in residential / commercial building property maintenance
- Be physically fit for some heavy lifting
- Carpentry background_ highly regarded_
- Have proven experience with hand and power tools
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of OHS
- Work in a safe manner at all times, adhering to all OH&S policies and procedures
- Have strong English communication skills to enable a good rapport with all levels of personnel
- Be self motivated and well organised with a sense of urgency

**You should hold the following**:

- Valid driving licence and own vehicle (prefer a ute to transport tools and materials)
- And also be prepared to have **full** medical, drug and alcohol testing conducted

**On Offer**:
Day shift hours: Monday to Friday (flex with work contracts)

Up to $100k inc super and car allowance - based on experience

**In line with Victorian health orders, mandated vaccinations are required for this role.
