Handyperson Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced handyperson to join our team as a subcontractor. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while still having access to a steady stream of work.

The ideal candidate will have basic tools and transport, be self-motivated, trustworthy, and possess a positive attitude. They should also enjoy variety in their work, which may include plastering, painting, and basic carpentry.

This is a flexible and reliable job that allows you to organize your own time and work at your own pace. You will be responsible for managing your own schedule and workload, but we will provide you with a consistent flow of tasks to complete.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing various maintenance tasks, such as plastering, painting, and carpentry
  • Working independently, but with support from our team when needed
  • Managing your own schedule and workload
  • Communicating effectively with clients and other stakeholders
