Great opportunity for an experienced Handyperson to join our team, working across a variety of sites on behalf of our clients

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Handyperson to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growing portfolio of commercial projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and other materials.
- Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes.
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and hardware.
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals and trades to complete projects efficiently

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant Trade Qualification / experience - Building maintenance type skills though minimum 5 years' experience
- Proven experience as a Handyperson in commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered tools, hand tools etc)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
